No two patrol setups are the same, so SafeBeats is quoted per deployment rather than from a fixed price list. Here is what we will ask about, and how the process works.
What goes into a quote
Sites and branches
How many premises you patrol, and whether they are organised into branches and departments with their own supervisors.
Guards and devices
How many guards patrol across your shifts, and how many phones they share. Routes belong to the site, not the handset.
Beats and checkpoints
The routes you run and the checkpoints on each, including indoor points that need WiFi positioning instead of GPS.
Cloud or on-premise
Hosted on our cloud, or installed on a server inside your own network where patrol data cannot leave the site.
Modules you need
Optional capabilities such as guard face verification, apparatus audits and checkpoint checklists, switched on only where you use them.
Reports and retention
Who receives which automated reports, and how long patrol history and incident media should be kept.
